Manama, October 8 /BNA/ His Excellency Mr. Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Acting Minister of Legal Affairs and Labor, inaugurated the 17th Annual Human Resources Management Conference organized by Roschcom Company, in the presence of Mr. M. A. Sridhar, CEO of the company, and with the participation of more than 200 administrative leaders and training and human resources officials from inside and outside the Kingdom.

In his opening speech, the Minister emphasized that holding such specialized conferences provides a pivotal opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss the latest developments in human resources management, stressing the commitment to investing in the development of national competencies and institutional capabilities to achieve the desired developmental goals.

The Minister honored the supporting entities, participating companies, and speakers, in addition to recognizing distinguished initiatives and prominent institutions and leaders in human resources management at the governmental and private sector levels in the region.

For his part, Mr. M. A. Sridhar, CEO of Roschcom, highlighted the importance of this annual conference in supporting and developing the human resources sector, praising the effective role of the Ministry of Labor in the successful organization of the conference.

He pointed out that the participation of a select group of regional and international leaders and experts in such specialized forums enhances the exchange of expertise and knowledge, contributing to the development of human capital and consolidating the Kingdom of Bahrain’s position as a leading regional center for human resources development.

The conference included three specialized workshops presented by a group of human resources experts from various countries around the world, during which they reviewed the most prominent innovative initiatives in human resources management, in addition to highlighting best global practices in training and institutional competency development.
