Earlier, the Palestinian presidency condemned the killing of 5 journalists during their professional duties at Nasser Hospital as a war crime and called for international action to protect them and hold Tel Aviv accountable. Since October 7, 2023, with US support, Israel has been accused of committing genocide in Gaza, causing tens of thousands of deaths and injuries, mostly among children and women, along with mass displacement and famine.
