Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, emphasized that the virtue of humans in doing good is the foundation for building a society rich in human values, inspired by a quote from the Arab literary giant Abbas Al-Aqqad.

During the launch conference of the Fund to Support Projects of Associations and Civil Institutions, the Minister pointed out that the fund’s launch opens new horizons for social empowerment through technology, stressing that integrating technology and artificial intelligence is no longer an option but a necessity to enhance transparency, ensure services reach their rightful beneficiaries, and develop innovative solutions across various sectors, especially education and health.

He added that developing civil society projects using digital technology provides a strong motivation for innovation in Egypt, emphasizing that digital development is a fundamental pillar for building a productive and sustainable digital society.

Dr. Amr Talaat explained that the project aims to prepare a digitally qualified generation and improve institutional performance efficiency, affirming that the Ministry of Communications will remain a steadfast supporter of this developmental path, enhancing the building of a safe and inclusive digital society for all community segments.
