On Wednesday, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Holy Sites Affairs Mohamed Al-Khalayleh stated that Al-Aqsa Mosque is an exclusive right of Muslims and cannot be divided either temporally or spatially.

In remarks to “Al-Mamlaka” channel, he warned against any violation of Al-Aqsa Mosque, adding that “the repeated Israeli attacks will only strengthen our commitment to our right in it.”

Al-Khalayleh emphasized that Jordan stands at the forefront of the world defending our right to Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned in the strongest terms the storming of the extremist Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich into the occupied Palestinian territories, his hostile and racist statements regarding the annexation of the occupied West Bank, the prevention of establishing a Palestinian state, and his threats against the Palestinian National Authority, considering it a blatant violation of international law, a serious escalation that is rejected, and a challenge to the international will supporting the two-state solution, stressing that Israel has no sovereignty over the occupied Palestinian land.

On Wednesday, the ministry’s spokesperson Fouad Al-Majali stressed the Kingdom’s absolute rejection and strong condemnation of the continuous provocative hostile incursions and statements by extremists in the Israeli government, affirming that the lack of international accountability and impunity fuels the continuation of their aggressive actions and statements against the Palestinian people and its leadership.
