The Badr Court of Appeals is today reviewing the retrial of 6 defendants accused of joining a terrorist group in case number 13052 of 2022, known as the “Agouza Cell”.
The session is presided over by Judge Hamada Al-Sawy, with judges Mohamed Ammar, Raafat Zaki, and Dr. Ali Amara as members,
and secretariat by Mohamed Al-Saeed.
The Supreme State Security Prosecution had ordered the referral of the defendants and others, accused of leading and managing a terrorist group, to a swift trial to punish them according to the charges detailed in the referral decision.
