Netanyahu said, “Instead of Hamas isolating us, we turned things upside down – and we isolated Hamas,” pointing out that “the whole world, including the Arab and Islamic world, is now pressuring Hamas to accept the conditions we set with President Trump.”

He outlined the key conditions to end the war, which include: “the release of all Israeli hostages, both alive and dead, and the Israeli army remaining in most parts of the Gaza Strip.”

The Israeli Prime Minister firmly opposed recognizing a Palestinian state, saying, “This is not written in the agreement. We will strongly oppose the establishment of a Palestinian state,” adding that “President Trump said he understands that, and of course we will not agree to it.”

During the joint press conference with Trump, Netanyahu stated that Tel Aviv will take a new step to win the war in Gaza and achieve peace.

Trump had said that Monday could be the greatest day in the history of civilizations, emphasizing that “Today is a historic day for peace and we are working towards a comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue, not just Gaza.”

The White House today released President Donald Trump’s plan to end the conflict in Gaza, which includes several provisions. The plan calls for an immediate ceasefire and a phased withdrawal of Israeli forces in exchange for the release of all hostages, followed by the release of Palestinian prisoners.

The plan includes comprehensive reconstruction of infrastructure and hospitals with international support, the formation of a non-political technocratic transitional government under the supervision of the international “Peace Council” headed by Trump and other leaders, with an international stabilization force overseeing security and disarmament of factions.

It also calls for amnesty for Hamas members willing to give up weapons or leave, and prohibits Hamas and other factions from participating in governance. The plan paves the way for Gaza’s economic reconstruction and transformation into a safe and prosperous area, potentially leading later to a path towards Palestinian self-determination.
