The French news agency reported that the Red Cross offices in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip, are preparing to receive Palestinian prisoners scheduled for release.
Israeli Channel 12 reported that Israeli government ministers are holding phone consultations to approve changes to the list of Palestinian prisoners scheduled for release.
The channel said that according to the changes, two Palestinian prisoners on the list will be replaced, one of whom was found to have been previously released.
According to the changes, seven minors from Gaza were removed and two women from Gaza were added, according to Israeli media quoting a government statement.
The Israeli government approved five reserve names in case of changes to the list, including Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, but his name is not included in the official list of those to be released this morning.
