Let us hypothetically assume that Egypt decided at some point to abandon the Palestinian cause, withdraw its support, and freeze its role in all forms of assistance. Which country would then be qualified to take Egypt’s role at this stage? Of course, some would name countries, some worthy of respect and others clearly unqualified. The gap between Egypt and those countries is vast, especially since Egypt is internationally known for its non-alignment and honorable, impartial policies that cannot be fabricated or falsely claimed.
These deeply rooted Egyptian values are embodied in a great leader chosen by fate to lead Egypt at this historical moment: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. We can say with confidence and honesty that God willed for Egypt to be led by President El-Sisi at this time. This is not about the Muslim Brotherhood or June 30, but about confronting the plan to liquidate the Palestinian cause. We do not say “if” it were someone else; our confidence stems from President El-Sisi’s gradual historical progression in the military and presidency, which shows he was destined by God and fate to possess all his qualities to crush the dreams of the opposing side, which does not realize that politically engineering Israel is easier than engineering the Middle East, as Netanyahu boasts.
Thus, we face a very strange paradox: Egypt plays a great role in supporting the Palestinian cause and standing against its liquidation through all available means. Egypt performs all roles combined, sometimes intersecting with other countries on certain points, but no country performs all these roles as Egypt does currently. Egypt hosts aid, a unique role in itself, shares negotiation efforts with Qatari brothers, and works politically, diplomatically, and through media to support the cause in every form. The Egyptian people uniquely react instantly to everything happening in Palestine, making Egypt the supportive climate and general field for Palestine and its people. No other country can play this role; it is Greater Egypt, which Zionist functionaries must pay attention to.
While performing all these roles, Egyptian embassies and consulates also play this role, representing the Arab Republic of Egypt. Defending them is defending the country, a complex and multiplied defense at this time. Outside Egypt, modern life may distract you from the state and its inner affairs, but if you have the national sense to defend your country’s embassy, you have done a great and commendable job and should never be besieged by followers of Israeli thought or those who share their views. Egyptians know well the difference between Zionist followers and sons of the homeland.
The paradox is clear to all: there are demonstrations in Tel Aviv, fully aware that Netanyahu and his group are responsible for the war, while Netanyahu and his supporters stand supporting demonstrations in front of Egyptian embassies. This is not an assumption; Netanyahu himself lied to us multiple times saying they are not responsible for allowing aid entry, as stated by Israel’s representative at the International Court of Justice. All these clear paths confirm that those who demonstrate against Egyptian embassies anywhere are partners with Netanyahu in killing the Palestinian people and participants in the genocide happening in Gaza.
