A 15-year-old student drowned at Al-Raysa beach in the city of Al-Arish, North Sinai Governorate, due to drowning complications. Medical diagnosis indicated abdominal swelling caused by drowning. The student’s condition was unstable before he passed away while being treated at Al-Arish General Hospital. Authorities have been notified to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
