Israeli sources announced that the Israeli occupation Prime Minister Netanyahu has requested a meeting of Likud members to decide on an urgent election for the party leadership.
This was reported in a breaking news alert by Cairo News.
Officials in Likud stated that Netanyahu is preparing to bring forward the date of general elections in Israel following the Gaza agreement.
Likud officials said: “Netanyahu wants to capitalize on the popular acceptance of the deal but needs to secure his authority within the party.”
