On Sunday, King Abdullah University Hospital launched the 2025 seasonal flu vaccine campaign aimed at protecting healthcare workers and visitors from flu complications, especially with the approach of winter and the increase in seasonal respiratory cases.
Dr. Hassan Al-Bals, the hospital’s director general, confirmed that the campaign is part of the hospital’s ongoing efforts to enhance preventive health and maintain the safety of patients and staff, noting that the vaccine is available free of charge to medical, administrative staff, and visitors.
He added that the hospital annually implements this campaign in line with the Ministry of Health’s directives to reduce the spread of seasonal diseases and maintain a safe and healthy environment within its facilities.
