Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, conducted a field tour to inspect the level of medical and therapeutic services provided to citizens at Atfih Central Hospital. He followed up on the progress of development and efficiency enhancement works as part of the state’s plan to improve the quality of health services offered to citizens. During the tour, the governor monitored the implementation rates on the ground, urging the executing company to accelerate the pace of work and fully adhere to the scheduled timeline for project completion, given the hospital’s significant role in serving a large sector of patients. He emphasized the necessity of quickly completing the development works to equip the hospital with the latest medical equipment and provide comprehensive treatment services that meet the needs of the local community.

The governor also inspected the outpatient clinics, intensive care unit, dialysis department, and neonatal incubators, instructing the Health Directorate’s manager to review ongoing maintenance work and expedite the repair of non-functional incubators. The tour included monitoring the availability of medical staff, medicines, and treatment supplies. The governor also engaged with patients to hear their opinions on the medical services and ensure their satisfaction. Engineer Adel Al-Najjar affirmed that the governorate spares no effort in supporting the health sector and providing medical care means to citizens, following the directives of the political leadership to prioritize the health of Egyptian citizens and enhance the efficiency of medical facilities across the governorate. He stressed the importance of periodic monitoring of hospital and health unit operations to ensure service sustainability and achieve the best results.
