For two years, the Egyptian Red Crescent has been the lifeline for humanitarian and relief aid going to our Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip.
Hundreds of thousands of tons have found their way with difficulty inside, yet they arrive despite all challenges.
From July 27 to October 10, 2025, the Egyptian Red Crescent launched 48 aid convoys under the slogan “Zad Al-Izza.. From Egypt to Gaza,” carrying thousands of tons of aid including food supply chains, flour, fresh bread, baby milk, tents, medical supplies and medicines, relief necessities, and fuel, as a message of dignity and continuous support from the Egyptian people.
For 730 days, the Egyptian Red Crescent has tirelessly supported our people in Gaza.
After this long and difficult journey, carrying the feelings of the entire Egyptian people—solidarity, support, hope, and pain—and bearing its humanitarian responsibility and its country’s noble role, attention turned this morning to the 49th “Zad Al-Izza” convoy from Egypt to Gaza.
This convoy headed with humanitarian and relief aid following the historic moment of the ceasefire agreement implementation.
At the very first minute of the ceasefire implementation, the Egyptian Red Crescent raised the highest state of readiness inside its logistical centers in Arish, to bring in the largest number of trucks today, totaling 400 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid from Egypt to Gaza.
