The Saudi main stock index closed today down by 35.42 points, reaching 10,696.89 points, with trading value amounting to 3.1 billion SAR.

The volume of traded shares, according to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency for the Saudi stock market, reached 236 million shares. Shares of 38 companies recorded gains, while shares of 217 companies closed lower.

The most gaining stocks were from the companies Altahdithiya Food, Al-Arabi, Saudi French Bank, Red Sea, and Vibco. The most declining stocks were from SABIC Fertilizers, Petro Rabigh, Bawan, Al Mutahida Insurance, and Saico, with changes ranging between +6.53% and -5.44%.

The most active stocks by volume were Shams, Americana, Sports Clubs, Kayan Saudi, and Al-Arabi. The most active stocks by value were Al-Arabi, Cooperative Insurance, Saudi Aramco, Alinma Bank, and Sports Clubs.

The parallel Saudi stock index (Nomu) closed today down by 360.62 points at 25,943.03 points, with trading value of 39 million SAR and a volume of 4 million shares traded.
