Qatar condemned the Israeli airstrike on the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, which resulted in the deaths of innocent civilians. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs described it as a new episode in the ongoing heinous crimes committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people and a blatant violation of international law. The ministry emphasized that the occupation’s targeting of journalists and workers in relief and medical fields requires urgent and decisive international action to provide necessary protection for civilians and ensure that perpetrators of these atrocities do not go unpunished.

It also reaffirmed the urgent need for global solidarity to end the brutal genocide war on the Gaza Strip, address the catastrophic humanitarian situation, and move forward towards achieving a just and lasting peace in the region that guarantees the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with full sovereignty on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
