Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski accused Russia of waging a hybrid war on Europe without engaging in direct confrontation.
He said Russia continues to “terrorize” Ukrainian cities with missiles and drones. In a press meeting, he stated that Moscow’s actions against Ukrainian cities are “unacceptable,” confirming that it is conducting a hybrid war involving information warfare, espionage, and air and naval violations against other countries.
