Belgium announced that any serious political initiative must be accompanied by a clear mechanism to ensure a ceasefire and achieve tangible progress towards the two-state solution as the only option for a just and lasting peace, according to Al-Qahira News Channel in a breaking news report.
Belgium welcomed Trump’s plan to end the war in Gaza.
US President Donald Trump said, “We are going through a great and historic day for peace in the Middle East; we are talking about peace in the entire Middle East, not just a ceasefire in Gaza.”
During a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House, Trump outlined the details of his plan to end the war on Gaza, confirming that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi played a significant role in reaching this plan.
The US president added, “I discussed with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu how to end the war in Gaza through a plan. I also received full support from Middle Eastern countries, and we thank the Arab and Islamic countries for their contribution to developing the peace plan. I also thank Netanyahu for agreeing to this plan, which will open a new page of prosperity for the region.”
