His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, met with his brother His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to discuss the strong fraternal relations and various aspects of strategic cooperation and joint work between the two countries.

During the meeting held in Riyadh, they also discussed a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest, particularly the developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and the efforts exerted to address their security and humanitarian repercussions. They emphasized the importance of consolidating the pillars of stability, security, and regional peace by establishing a clear path towards a permanent, comprehensive, and just peace based on the “two-state solution,” for the benefit of all peoples and countries in the region.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman hosted a lunch banquet in honor of his brother, His Highness the President, and the accompanying delegation.

The meeting was attended by the accompanying delegation of His Highness the President, including His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Advisor; His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President; Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for National Security; Minister of Investment Mohammed bin Hassan Al Suwaidi; Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Head of the President’s Office for Strategic Affairs and Head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office; and Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.

From the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy; His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard; His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense; His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al Aiban, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and National Security Advisor.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in Riyadh earlier yesterday on a fraternal visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, was among those who received His Highness upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport with the accompanying delegation.

His Highness the President departed Riyadh, with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud bidding him farewell at King Khalid International Airport.
