MP Sayed Abdel Aal, leader of the Al-Tajammu’ Party, expressed his gratitude to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for appointing him as a member of the Senate. He stated that the clear diversity in the list of appointees to the Senate confirms the President’s keenness to enrich parliamentary life and enhance the participation of all political currents in decision-making.

He added: “Appointing leaders from diverse political and intellectual backgrounds within the parliament reinforces the principle of effective pluralism and affirms the pivotal role played by the Senate as a second parliamentary chamber, alongside the House of Representatives, in advancing legislative performance and deeply studying important laws.”

This contributes to strengthening the foundations of democracy, supporting the stability of the political structure, and gives hope for the possibility of advancing political and party life to a more developed stage, in line with the aspirations of the entire Egyptian people, who look forward to completing the mission of building the new republic on solid civil and democratic foundations.
