The Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Judith Sumina, called on the government to adopt a vision aimed at making the Democratic Republic of Congo a “top-tier strategic destination” for European investments.

Patrick Moyaya, the Congolese Minister of Communications and Media, stated while reading the final communiqué of the cabinet meeting that the Prime Minister emphasized the need to implement the directives of President Félix Tshisekedi, which he presented during his participation in the Global Gateway Forum, an international summit of the European Union held in Brussels, aimed at strengthening investment partnerships between the EU and Africa.

According to the Congolese news agency, Sumina confirmed that this approach includes projects in infrastructure, energy, and green transition, within the framework of mutually beneficial bilateral partnerships with all countries wishing to develop joint and sustainable projects.

Moyaya also pointed out that the President’s initiatives are part of his ongoing efforts to establish peace and stability in the country since he took office.
