Titer Business School, one of the leading global business schools, has launched the Master in Management and Technology (MiM-Tech), a one-year program designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed to create, scale, and transform companies.
The program targets early-career professionals, ambitious entrepreneurs, heirs of family businesses, international students seeking global experience, as well as professionals in technical and creative fields aiming to transition into managerial leadership.
The program is designed as a blend of Ivy League academic methodology and the entrepreneurial spirit of Y Combinator, targeting professionals aged 20 to 28, including founders, creators, heirs of family businesses, early-career professionals, and those seeking international experience. The program aligns with Titer’s philosophy of “learning by doing,” expanding this experiential approach to serve a more mature audience, providing participants with practical skills, multi-sector experience, career guidance, and a global network of peers and industry leaders.
Graduates will gain tangible achievements including hands-on project experience, credibility across markets, the ability to lead entrepreneurial initiatives, scale businesses, or take on strategic leadership roles internationally.
The MiM-Tech program combines academic rigor with practical project building across three key locations: Dubai, China, and Europe. In Dubai, participants focus on developing consumer-oriented projects through branding, packaging, and go-to-market campaigns, while engaging with luxury retail groups, sovereign wealth funds, and startups in the region to understand its dynamic business environment. In China, the focus shifts to product scaling, supply chain optimization, and building large companies using AI, automation, and emerging technologies. In Europe, students build projects centered on unique experiences from cultural events and fine dining to travel and luxury lifestyles in Madrid.
The final semester includes a two-month paid full-time internship with leading brands and startups in finance, marketing, consulting, and operations, providing participants with direct practical experience with elite global companies.
By interacting with diverse markets and cultures at each location, participants acquire applied skills, real project experience, and proven outcomes that prepare them for success and expansion in global business environments.
Pratham Mittal, founder of Titer Business School and Masters Union, said, “By immersing participants in cross-continental practical projects, the MiM-Tech program gives them a global perspective and the ability to identify and seize opportunities in places others might not reach. This hands-on immersion enables them to transfer existing businesses to new international markets, launch initiatives within their organizations, or even explore entirely new ventures. The program not only enhances their strategic and operational skills but also accelerates their professional growth, preparing them for leadership, innovation, and impactful influence across industries worldwide.”
Admission to the MiM-Tech program is highly selective, evaluating applicants based on academic performance, professional achievements, entrepreneurial potential, and adaptability. The evaluation places strong emphasis on problem-solving skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, high-performance environment to ensure participants maximize the multi-country educational experience and applied projects included in the program.
