An American media report stated that preparatory documents for the summit between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin were found in a printer at a hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. NPR reported that eight pages were found on Friday in the business center of the Captain Cook Hotel. The documents published by NPR included a detailed schedule specifying meeting rooms, a US State Department contact person and their phone numbers, a lunch menu, brief resumes, and photos of the participants. The White House spokesperson told ABC News that the NPR report was “laughable.” She stated in a statement: “It is laughable that NPR publishes a multi-page menu and calls it a security breach. That is why no one takes this kind of so-called investigative journalism seriously, and they are no longer funded by taxpayers, thanks to President Trump.”
