The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan on Sunday, decided to transfer Abdul Rahim Al-Waked, an advisor at the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, to the position of Secretary-General of the Senate.

The Cabinet also appointed members to the National Cybersecurity Council: Ismail Saleh Al-Hanti, President of Al-Hussein Technical University; Reem Mohammad Hamdan, General Manager of the Electricity Distribution Company; and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jordanian Information and Communications Technology Companies Association.

Additionally, the Cabinet appointed the Chairman and members of the Board of Commissioners of the Securities Commission: Imad Mohammad Abu Haltam as Chairman, and members Alaa Al-Din Nasser Al-Zoubi, Elias Ayoub Zreikat, and Mohammad Abdul Sattar Jaradat.
