The White House announced on Wednesday that President Donald Trump will undergo his annual routine medical exam on Friday at Walter Reed Military Hospital near Washington.
White House spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt said in a statement that the 79-year-old Trump “will visit Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday morning for a scheduled meeting and to deliver a speech to the troops. While there, President Trump will stop to undergo his routine annual exam.”
This exam comes after Trump underwent another medical checkup in April, which the White House also described as annual, and following which White House physician Sean Conley issued a report stating that the President “is in excellent health.”
