Hamas highly appreciated the efforts of mediators in Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, and praised the efforts of US President Donald Trump aimed at stopping the war and the complete withdrawal of the Israeli occupation from the Gaza Strip.

According to a statement issued recently, Hamas said that an agreement was reached to end the war on Gaza, the withdrawal of the occupation, the entry of aid, and prisoner exchanges, following “responsible and serious negotiations conducted by the movement and Palestinian factions regarding the proposal of US President Donald Trump in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh.”

At the same time, Hamas called for obliging the occupation government to fully implement the agreement’s entitlements and not allow it to evade or delay the application of what was agreed upon.

Hamas saluted the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, Jerusalem, the West Bank, inside and outside the homeland, who “recorded unprecedented positions of pride, heroism, and honor,” and faced projects targeting them and their national rights; “those great sacrifices and stances that foiled the Israeli occupation’s plans for subjugation and displacement.”
