Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, Mustafa Hadeeb, President of the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial and Banking Sciences, and Rasha Ragab, First Deputy President of the Academy, signed a cooperation protocol aimed at investing in human resources and developing the capacities of ministry staff. The protocol, signed by Ahmed Abdel Razek, the permanent undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, and Dr. Amr Al-Nahas, Vice President of the Academy for Business Development and Training, seeks to enhance administrative and professional skills by providing partial scholarships for ministry employees and their families to enroll in postgraduate programs, in addition to exchanging expertise and knowledge.

The Minister of Finance emphasized that this step represents a significant move towards developing human capital and improving employee capabilities to boost institutional performance and support sustainable development, reflecting a firm belief in the importance of investing in human capital as a fundamental pillar of the ministry’s vision and goals. The Academy’s president expressed pride in cooperating with the Ministry of Finance and assured that the Academy will utilize its academic and research expertise to prepare qualified cadres capable of facing future challenges efficiently. Rasha Ragab expressed deep gratitude to the Minister of Finance and confidence that this initiative will positively impact ministry employees and affiliated entities by benefiting from the Academy’s expertise in various fields.
