Al Arabiya reported the death of three diplomats from the Qatari delegation and the injury of two others in a traffic accident that occurred in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh, noting that the two injured are in intensive care in Sharm El-Sheikh.
Sources told Al Arabiya that the diplomats were traveling from Cairo to Sharm El-Sheikh, and the accident happened about fifty kilometers from Sharm El-Sheikh.
Earlier, media personality Amr Adib revealed a tragic traffic accident involving a car carrying members of the Qatari delegation on a road about fifty kilometers from Sharm El-Sheikh.
During his program “Al-Hekaya” broadcast on MBC Egypt, he explained that initial reports from the accident site indicate the death of three people from the delegation, while three others were taken to the hospital and are in intensive care.
He added that the tragic accident was caused by the overturning of the car carrying the delegation members, confirming that the initial toll is three dead and three injured.
