President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized that the state provides many advantages and incentives for foreign and local investors and is working to attract more foreign direct investments.

This came during President El-Sisi’s reception today of Mo Dingyeh, Chairman of the China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation (CNCEC), in the presence of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, and Engineer Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. The meeting was also attended by Wu Xiangong, Vice Chairman of CNCEC, and Guo Jue, Chairman of TCC.

Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy, the official spokesperson for the Presidency, stated that the President praised the strong and distinguished Egyptian-Chinese relations at the beginning of the meeting, affirming Egypt’s keenness to strengthen economic and investment cooperation with China and Chinese companies in various fields of mutual interest. In this context, the President expressed his appreciation for the ongoing cooperation with CNCEC, confirming that the Egyptian state will work to facilitate the implementation procedures of the company’s project in Egypt related to soda ash production.

Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy also mentioned that the Chairman of CNCEC reviewed the company’s expertise in petrochemicals, expressing his company’s aspiration to cooperate with the Egyptian government to expand its investments in Egypt, which was appreciated by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
