The Indonesian President confirmed his participation in the Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit hosted by Egypt, with the attendance of several state and government leaders to discuss ways to support stability in the Middle East and enhance efforts to rebuild Gaza, according to Palestinian media.
Diplomatic sources explained that the Indonesian President’s participation reflects Jakarta’s commitment to supporting international efforts to achieve peace and reaffirming its firm stance on the Palestinian cause and the necessity of reaching a just and comprehensive settlement.
The Indonesian President is scheduled to meet with several participating leaders on the sidelines of the summit to discuss bilateral cooperation and coordination on regional and international issues of common interest.
