Al Jazeera has obtained a detailed document outlining the implementation steps of US President Donald Trump’s plan concerning the commitments of both parties to the Gaza agreement and the entry of aid.
The document includes several clauses regarding the implementation steps for the exchange of Israeli detainees and Palestinian prisoners, in addition to the steps to secure humanitarian aid and relief.
The proposal document states that within 72 hours of Israel’s gradual withdrawal from the Gaza vicinity, the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) will hand over all living prisoners held by factions and the remains of Israeli prisoners.
Within the same timeframe, Israel will provide all information related to the Palestinian prisoners it holds.
Hamas will be required to deliver all living prisoners anytime from Sunday until 6 a.m. Monday and hand over as many bodies as possible. The document also indicates that the handover process must occur without any celebratory or media displays.
The document also stipulates the entry of no less than 600 trucks daily immediately after signing the agreement.
