The Ministry of Education announced the regulations for appeals on the second round results of technical diplomas.

– A fee of 100 Egyptian pounds must be paid for appeals on the second round of technical diplomas, payable to the Educational Projects Support and Financing Fund through post offices or Fawry service using code 66616 under the category of Technical Education Appeals.

– The original and two copies of the payment receipt must be submitted to the student’s affiliated Examination and Monitoring Committee along with the original and copies of the student’s ID card and the student’s seat number.

– Appeals are limited to subjects the student failed in the 2025 second round exams or subjects postponed from the first round to the second round, with the student receiving the actual grade upon approval from the student’s affiliated Directorate of Education.

– The student and their guardian must visit the Examination and Monitoring Committee to set an appointment and specify the subjects to be reviewed.

– Entry to the committee premises is restricted to the student and their guardian only, upon identity verification (ID card).

– It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones or answer sheets during the review.

– Writing, drawing, or making notes on the answer sheet copies is prohibited.

– Notes must be taken on the observation paper provided to each student during the review.

– The student must sign in blue ink by hand on the answer sheet copy they reviewed.

– It is strictly forbidden to bring any teacher of the appealed subjects or anyone other than the guardian, and the use of cameras or photographing anything inside the committee is prohibited.
