Mohamed Hashish, Head of Marketing Sector at Egypt Post, stated that the “Postal Savings Account” is the oldest savings instrument in Egypt, with over 10 million customers. It offers various returns—daily, monthly, or annually—that suit all customers. He highlighted the transition from the traditional “Savings Book” to an electronic card usable at ATMs and for online purchases. The loyalty and rewards program “WIN”—the largest in Egypt—allows customers to collect points from their transactions and redeem them at more than 70 major stores and brands. Egypt Post also launched the “Wasalha” service, an app that enables customers to request shipment pickup and delivery anywhere at competitive prices, with delivery from Cairo to the North Coast within 48 hours. The authority’s third consecutive participation in the Alamein Festival coincides with Egypt Post’s 160th anniversary.
Mobile post vehicles cover the entire North Coast from Borg El Arab to Marsa Matrouh, providing all services to visitors during the summer. These vehicles are equipped to offer a comprehensive range of financial, postal, and governmental services such as ATM withdrawals and deposits, traffic violations payments, consular authentication papers, and even military service deferment certificates for successful high school students.
