Despite his immersion in continuous escalation and systematic aggression against the Palestinian people and his government’s escalating attacks on the countries and peoples of the region, the Prime Minister of the occupation government, Netanyahu, during a press conference with the US President, portrayed himself as a dove of peace representing the civilized world against the “barbarism of the indigenous people of the region.”

At the beginning of his speech, the war criminal Netanyahu claimed that the occupation state’s attacks on the countries and peoples of the region would make the region and the world safer. However, reality confirms that these policies only sow more anger and despair, opening the doors of the region to new cycles of wars, violence, and instability. Security is not achieved through killing, siege, and starvation, nor is tranquility built on the ruins of homes or over children’s graves, but rather on a just political vision that ends the occupation and restores rights to their owners.

The Prime Minister of the occupation state deliberately ignored that recognizing the Palestinian state is not a gift or a prize given in exchange for certain political behavior, but a historical, humanitarian, and legal entitlement. The Palestinian people and their sole legitimate representative, the “Palestinian National Authority,” do not wait for acceptance from the occupation government to gain legitimacy. This legitimacy is firmly established by United Nations resolutions and documented in international law, and most importantly, it is rooted in the land that Palestinians have not left for thousands of years despite nearly eight decades of occupation, oppression, and attempts to uproot the Palestinian people from their land through heinous crimes that shame humanity.

Netanyahu’s claim that recognizing the Palestinian state is a reward for terrorism is a distortion of facts and a misrepresentation of the entire Palestinian issue. The truth is that the occupation itself is the root of the conflict and the source of evil and violence. Every day that passes without a just solution deepens the wound and prolongs the tragedy. The oppressor cannot impose conditions on the victim before recognizing their humanity and right to self-determination. Therefore, the world is called upon to reject this flawed equation and affirm that ending the occupation and establishing the Palestinian state are not concessions to please any party but a legal and moral duty to ensure a secure future for all.

Netanyahu claimed that the policies of the Israeli occupation state would change the face of the Middle East, but history and reality confirm that Israel, no matter how strong its military power, tyranny, and extremism, cannot reshape the Middle East according to its vision based on force and exclusion. Every attempt to impose a new reality by force will generate new resistance, keeping the region on a hot plate. Only a solution based on justice and recognition of the Palestinians’ rights to an independent sovereign state on their national soil with East Jerusalem as its capital can open a real horizon for peace.

The most important response to Netanyahu’s claims lies in the necessity for everyone in the world, especially the United States, to recognize that peace is not an illusion but a strategic choice. It is the only way to dispel fears and grant the peoples of the region a chance for a decent life. However, this will not be achieved unless the international community assumes its responsibilities in implementing its resolutions and stops merely watching the conflict and maintaining the status quo. It is time for the two-state solution calls to move from slogans in speeches to practical steps on the ground, starting with stopping aggression, lifting the siege, and actual recognition of the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination.

In summary: Given these facts, the entire world is called to act immediately to stop the extremism and megalomania that Netanyahu lives in. Time is running out, and peace will not wait long. Whoever wants security must sow justice, and whoever seeks lasting stability must put an end to the occupation. Betting on force alone will keep the Middle East an open battlefield with no winners.
