88 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured today in Israeli airstrikes targeting various areas of the Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinian Wafa news agency citing medical sources, 88 martyrs and 421 injured arrived at Gaza hospitals in the past 24 hours, including 30 people who were waiting for aid in the Sabra and Sheikh Radwan neighborhoods of Gaza and Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. This raises the total casualties of the Israeli aggression on Gaza to 63,459 martyrs and 160,256 injuries since October 7, 2023.
Medical sources added that 7 Palestinians died due to malnutrition in the last 24 hours, bringing the total victims of starvation and malnutrition to 339 martyrs, including 124 children.
The Palestinian agency also reported that the Israeli occupation continues to besiege several families in Gaza City amid intensive aerial and artillery bombardment, including dropping explosive barrels on homes and systematic demolition and destruction of residential neighborhoods.
The Israeli occupation has escalated its military operations on Gaza City for 14 days with intensive air and ground bombardment and demolition of buildings using robots and car bombs, while maintaining the siege on over one million Palestinians who refuse to succumb to forced displacement and ethnic cleansing policies.
