Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper published a report addressing the failure of the Israeli occupation army in the recent attack targeting Houthi sites in Sanaa, confirming that the operation did not hit any of the group’s leaders and that the casualties were not prominent figures.
According to the newspaper citing the Israeli army, dozens of planes and fighters participated in the operation called “Transient Bundle,” during which more than 65 shells were fired. The operation coincided with a recorded speech by Houthi leader Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and came one day after a drone targeted the city of Eilat, injuring more than 20 people.
Other Yemeni reports, according to the newspaper, indicated that the strikes did not cause significant losses among the Houthis. A Yemeni political researcher was quoted saying that the occupation state “abandoned its initial caution regarding civilian casualties” and that its operations have turned into “poorly calculated responses.”
