Irbid, September 1 (Petra) – The Executive Director of Emaar Irbid Foundation, Engineer Mundhir Al-Bataineh, announced the readiness of the multi-purpose hall “Permanent Exhibition for Agricultural and Rural Products” located in King Abdullah II Gardens, to host festivals and agricultural seasons.
He stated that the hall’s cost exceeded one million Jordanian dinars, representing a qualitative and important addition to Irbid Governorate, and it will play a fundamental role in marketing agricultural and rural products.
He explained that the hall project was implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture in cooperation with Emaar Irbid Foundation and the municipality, and it will significantly contribute to providing a dedicated space to display various agricultural products, handicrafts, heritage items, and traditional foods alongside marketing farmers’ products, and opening opportunities for employment, positively reflecting on rural development, the local community, and cooperative and charitable associations.
