Irada Center for Therapy and Rehabilitation in Dubai celebrated the graduation of the ninth cohort of its therapeutic and rehabilitation program, after 29 patients out of 66 who enrolled completed their treatment.
The therapeutic and rehabilitation program, lasting between five to six months, included a variety of treatment programs tailored for Irada patients suffering from addiction in both inpatient and outpatient clinics. These included psychotherapy, replacement therapy, and intensive rehabilitation programs.
Abdulrazzaq Amiri, the center’s executive director, praised the achievements since the center’s opening in treating and rehabilitating patients, emphasizing the responsibility to design effective treatment programs that ensure the sustainability of the recovery journey for Irada patients.
He stated, “The therapeutic and rehabilitation program included intensive group, individual, and family sessions for all participants, in addition to other programs and activities. Each patient’s treatment plan is tailored according to their needs and condition, ensuring their continued treatment and success in their recovery journey.”
Alya Al-Maamari, acting director of the rehabilitation department, commended the efforts of Irada patients in adhering to the therapeutic program and the cooperation of their families during the treatment journey, encouraging them to continue recovery by applying all the skills learned during the program and assisting specialists to receive support to face any challenges in their recovery path.
She pointed out that the center’s therapeutic and rehabilitation program will continue to train groups of Irada patients and graduate them every four months throughout the year after completing the internal therapeutic program (detoxification and intensive rehabilitation).
