His Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayaf, Mayor of Riyadh, launched “Al-Ruba” destination, the newest urban development by NHC in east Riyadh, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Housing Affairs and NHC Chairman Mr. Ihab bin Ghazi Al-Hashani, and NHC CEO Mr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti. The destination spans over 5.7 million square meters and includes more than 9,000 diverse residential units such as villas, townhouses, and apartments. It features advanced infrastructure, educational, health, and commercial facilities distributed within neighborhoods, along with parks and green spaces exceeding 800,000 square meters, providing a vibrant environment for east Riyadh residents. The launch ceremony also included signing agreements with private sector partners to develop residential projects within the destination, reinforcing NHC’s position as the largest real estate developer in the region and aligning with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious urban growth and quality of life goals.
