The Governor of Riyadh Region, Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayaf, launched “Al-Ruba” destination, the latest urban development by NHC in east Riyadh. The launch was attended by the Deputy Minister of Municipal and Housing Affairs and Chairman of NHC Board, Ihab bin Ghazi Al-Hashani, and NHC CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti. The destination covers over 5.7 million square meters and includes more than 9,000 diverse housing units such as villas, townhouses, and apartments. It features advanced infrastructure, educational, health, and commercial facilities distributed across neighborhoods, alongside parks and green spaces exceeding 800,000 square meters, providing a vibrant environment for east Riyadh residents.

Al-Batti emphasized that “Al-Ruba” joins NHC’s portfolio of quality projects in Riyadh, with total investments exceeding 146 billion SAR by 2025. This project marks a new milestone in urban growth aligned with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious vision and reinforces NHC’s position as the largest real estate developer in the region by delivering modern urban destinations and lively residential communities offering promising living and investment opportunities.

The launch ceremony included signing agreements with private sector partners to develop residential projects within the destination, including Abdul Ghaffar bin Abdul Rahim Al-Kohaji Company for the “Riywan Al-Ruba” project, Abdul Rahman bin Saad Al-Rashed & Sons Holding Company for “Jawharat Al-Ruba”, Dar and Emaar Investment and Real Estate Development Company for “Saraya Al-Ruba”, and Lidar Investment Company for “Dar Al-Ruba”.
