The Turkish Presidency stated that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed to his Iranian counterpart Masoud Pezeshkian on Monday his belief that Tehran’s continuation in nuclear talks is beneficial, and said Turkey will continue to support Iran in this regard.
A statement from the Presidency quoted Erdogan during a meeting on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in China: Cooperation between the two countries, especially in the energy sector, benefits both nations.
